Shipping policy

Original Works and Reproductions: The original works purchased through our online store include a frame. All prints and giclees will be shipped without frame. We encourage our customers to consider framing their works once received. The delivery of the artwork to the recipient may take 10 to 20 days. Jade Rivera World covers the export cost for the departure of the work. However, the customer will be responsible for the import cost to their country, depending on the customs fees. If the value of the work exceeds the minimum threshold set in each country, a 4% customs duty fee plus VAT will apply. 

All original works include shipping insurance for added security.

Sculptures: The sculptures purchased in our store are delicate pieces that require special handling. Although we take every precaution to package the sculptures safely and protect them during shipping, we are not responsible for any damage that may occur in the home after receipt of the piece. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that the sculptures are placed in a suitable environment and that they are handled with the necessary care to avoid damage. Jade Rivera World pays the export cost for the exit of the work. However, the customer must pay for entry into his country depending on the customs amount. If the value of the work exceeds the minimum of In each country, the rate of 4% of customs duties plus IGV must be paid.

In-Store Pickup: Jade Rivera World offers the option of in-store pickup, where you can choose the location in advance. If your artwork is damaged when you pick it up, please inform us as soon as possible, providing the shop, pick-up date and delivery receipt to expedite support.
